CI Hex Viewer software is licensed under terms and conditions of End User License Agreement supplied with the Software. Summary of applicable licenses are available below:

Trial/Anonymous License allows software use by an individual on any personal computer and any of the supported operating system type. Under this license, you are allowed to install, use for evaluation and educational purposes and advertise your copy of the software. You are not allowed to sell your software copy to any third party. Third-party is allowed to use the software under terms and conditions of Trial/Anonymous License. Any software use for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Using trial copy of CI Hex Viewer software you agree with trial software modified behaviour. It does not limit main software functions and allows using of the software for personal needs under terms and conditions of End User License Agreement.

Personal Named License allows software use by a registered individual at home on up to two personal computers including laptops running one of the supported operating systems. Under this license, you are allowed to install, use for personal and/or educational purposes, advertise and make a backup of your copy of the software. You are not allowed to sell or otherwise transfer your software copy to any third party. Any software use for commercial purposes or in business environment is prohibited.

Business License allows software use by a registered legal entity at the office on up to ten computers of company's employees running one of the supported operating systems. Under this license, you are allowed to install, use in business environment and/or for educational purposes, advertise and make a backup of your copy of the software. You are not allowed to sell or otherwise transfer your software copy to any third party. Any software use for commercial purposes or outside the company's office is prohibited.

Commercial License allows software use by an individual or a legal entity at the office on one workstation of several users running one of the supported operating systems. Under this license, you are allowed to install, use in business environment including for commercial and/or educational purposes, advertise and make a backup of your copy of the software. You are not allowed to sell or otherwise transfer your software copy to any third party. Any software use at home is prohibited.

Software Reseller License allows you as an authorized software reseller to sell and advertise the software. Any installation to your personal computers or workstations, software transfer to third parties free of charge, any software use including personal, educational and commercial purposes is prohibited.

Software Partner License is negotiated and concluded with each of our partners on the bases of an individual agreement. This individual agreement sets up the terms and conditions to the highest mutual benefit.
